Custom software
Custom software is a program developed specifically for the needs of one particular company, rather than bought ready-made and identical for everyone.
Custom software is like a tailored suit: it's built around the way you actually work - your processes, your terms, your exceptions. Off-the-shelf software, by contrast, is packaged for as many companies as possible and therefore rarely fits yours 100%.
