What does a developer cost? Here are our rates.
Hourly, daily and monthly rates for every profile, without having to request a quote just to get an idea. These are indicative bands: seniority, contract length and continuity move the price within them.
Rates by profile
Indicative bands, VAT excluded. They cover coordination, contract management and invoicing from an Italian entity — there are no extra administrative costs on your side.

The monthly cost refers to the commitment in the "Typical commitment" column: it is the same figure published on each profile's own page, expressed here in hours and days as well. The data engineer works to a closed scope, so it is quoted per project rather than at a rate.
What the rate includes
The rate is not just the developer's time: it covers everything that makes that time useful from day one.
What moves the rate within the band
The bands above are deliberately narrow — we would rather tell you the order of magnitude straight away. These are the factors that decide where inside them you land.
- Seniority: a senior with ten years on the stack costs more than a mid, and on some problems that difference is the point.
- Contract length: the longer the engagement, the lower the hourly cost, because onboarding is amortised over more months.
- Continuity: fixed days each week cost less than scattered on-call work, which has to be re-contextualised every time.
- Niche stack: rare technologies or sector constraints raise the rate because they raise the cost of the profile.
- Urgency: starting within the week is priced differently from starting in a month.
When a project price beats a rate
A rate is the right call when you already have a team and need capacity: you know what has to be done, we supply the hours. When the outcome is defined instead — a management system, an integration, a portal — a fixed price protects you better, because the estimation risk stays with us and you know the total up front. If you're not sure which one you need, we'll tell you after the first call: we have no interest in selling you hours you wouldn't use.

For backend, frontend and DevOps profiles the hourly rate runs from €48 to €60, which works out at €384–€480 a day. QA profiles sit between €66 and €96 an hour: they work in short cycles and the rate covers setting up test automation, not just running it. All amounts exclude VAT.
