Custom or off-the-shelf?

For one or two properties with simple bookings, a ready-made B&B tool or a standard channel manager is often more than enough, and we'll recommend it without spin. Custom makes sense when you manage several homes in different areas, want your own booking site, have particular communication flows, or want to keep your guest data and automations without depending on a single platform.
