Custom or off-the-shelf?

An off-the-shelf real estate platform covers standard cases well: if you need a property catalogue, publishing to the main portals and a basic CRM, starting there is often the right call. A custom or hybrid solution makes sense when your process diverges from the standard: multiple offices or agents with unusual commission rules, integrations with tools you already use (accounting, valuations, digital signing), publishing to portals or channels the packages don't cover, or when you want your data and workflows to stay yours rather than tied to a licence.
