Warehouse management software: stock, locations and picking

Stock, locations, picking and inventory aligned to what you sell, custom-built for your flow.

The challenges of running a Warehousing & logistics business

In the warehouse the hidden cost is stock that doesn't match reality: you sell what isn't there, hunt for an item that's elsewhere, run full inventories just to trust the numbers again. It almost always comes from manual receiving and picking and systems that don't talk to each other. We build custom warehouse software, with barcode or RFID, that keeps stock and locations aligned and connects inventory to your e-commerce and couriers.

System stock doesn't match what's on the shelf: you sell out-of-stock products or tie up capital because you don't trust the numbers.

Without managed locations, finding an item depends on the warehouse staff's memory: picking slows down and a new hire is unproductive for weeks.

Receiving and dispatch are logged by hand (or logged later), so keying errors are the norm and inventory is a once-a-year ordeal.

E-commerce, marketplaces and the ERP each hold their own stock: oversell, cancelled orders and unhappy customers when the numbers diverge.

What we build

Stock and locations

A single, reliable stock figure per item, with shelf-location mapping. You know not just how much you have but exactly where it sits, so picking stops depending on people's memory.

Receiving, dispatch and barcode/RFID

Movements recorded with a handheld or smartphone via barcode or RFID, at the moment they happen. Keying errors disappear and stock stays aligned in real time instead of being corrected after the fact.

Picking and inventory

Pick lists guided by route and location, with scan confirmation that cuts fulfilment errors. Cyclical rolling counts instead of an annual shutdown, so you can trust the numbers all year.

E-commerce and courier integration

One stock figure synced across ERP, e-commerce and marketplaces, to avoid oversell. Label generation and tracking with couriers straight from the order, without re-keying addresses by hand.

Custom or off-the-shelf?

For a small warehouse and standard flows, a ready-made warehouse package may be enough and cheaper. Custom pays off with multiple warehouses, particular location logic, high picking volumes, or when you need to integrate e-commerce, marketplaces and specific couriers. Often the answer is hybrid: keep the ERP you already use for master data and accounting and build custom only the warehouse operations layer and integrations it lacks.

How much it costs

A single module (e.g. barcode receiving/dispatch or e-commerce stock sync) typically starts from a few thousand euros; a full WMS with locations, guided picking and integrations grows from there. We start from a focused scope and scale when it adds value.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on scope: e-commerce stock sync alone costs far less than a full WMS with locations, guided picking and courier integration. We start from a focused, fixed-cost module and grow step by step, investing only in what you actually use.
