Custom or off-the-shelf?

If you run a small hotel with standard processes, an off-the-shelf PMS is often the right and cheaper call, and we'll tell you so plainly. Custom pays off when you manage several properties together, have complex rates, need to integrate existing systems (restaurant, spa, accounting) or want to own your data and application without depending on a vendor's price list and limits.

How much it costs

There's no list price: every project depends on the number of properties, required integrations and features. We work time & materials or as a package, setting the budget after a free initial analysis. A first working module (for example front desk plus OTA sync) typically starts from a few thousand euros and grows incrementally.
