Booking with SMS/WhatsApp reminders

An agenda for chairs and staff, with booking that prevents overlaps and automatic SMS or WhatsApp reminders to cut no-shows. Modelled on your real opening hours, services and durations.

Client records and treatment history

A record per client with colour formulas, allergies, preferences and service history, available to whoever serves them. The client gets the same result even when a different hand takes over.

Product inventory and loyalty

Stock in and out for both backbar and retail, minimum levels with reorder alerts and a custom loyalty scheme (points, discounts, packages) actually tied to the client record.

Staff and commissions

Automatic commission on services and sales for each team member, with rules tailored to role or department. Month-end figures are ready, no manual rebuilding.

Custom or off-the-shelf?

An off-the-shelf salon system covers standard cases well: if you need an agenda, basic client records and reminders, starting there is often the right call. Custom or hybrid makes sense when your salon departs from the standard: several locations with different price lists and commissions, unusual loyalty rules, integration with the till, accounting or product e-commerce, or when you want your client data to stay yours and not tied to a licence. Often the best answer is hybrid: keep the packaged tool where it works and build custom only the parts that set you apart.
